How do I update my contact information?

  1. You can edit your name, email, password and billing information in your account settings when logged into the Career Coaching web app. On the top right corner of your screen, click the drop down arrow adjacent to your profile photo .
  2. Within the drop down menu, click My Account.
  3. Once you are on the My Account screen, you can update your basic information (including name, email and timezone) password and billing information as necessary.
  4. Click Save once completed.

Note that you can change your personal information and password via the mobile app by clicking your profile photo on the top left of your mobile screen.  Billing information can only be updated within the web version of the Career Coaching app.
