How do I request a refund?

We honor a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for our Career Coaching subscribers. If you are not satisfied with a coaching product, you may request a refund within the first 30 days by contacting our Help Desk.

The purchase amount can also be applied to a different coaching product that meets your needs. No refunds on coaching products are available after 30 days from the original subscription date have elapsed; however, the Help Desk can assist you in cancelling a subscription so additional billing does not occur.
